Anyone who ordered from them before?

Anyone know if their glasses are real or fakes?

Michael kors, Armani, Gucci, YSL and CK at $38 is hard to believe.

According to bbb.org they have had 25 complaints and all were resolved. So I think this company for the most part is reliable (I say most because they DO resolve complaints. But at the same time 25 is not a low number...however, this depends on how many orders they actually get).

I get all my contacts from them, I believe mine are shipped from Vancouver and I usually get mine in about 2 days.

Never ever had an issue with their products, shipping or quality.

They are amazing and usually free OVERNIGHT delivery, highly recommended!

I ordered glasses from them, LOVE them. PP is correct, the lenses are ground, fitted and shipped directly from Vancouver. The glasses come with all you need: case, cloth, bag, and screwdriver set.

They have a free frame-preview service; they use the 1.61 index lenses as standard; and they have had great customer service each time I purchased. And cheap cheap cheap!

Drawbacks are that the site does not have a "final preview" screen before you submit your order, because you don't pay until you have received your order in hand. So make sure you've entered your prescription accurately; but if you are like me and didn't, then a quick phone call to their customer service line fixed my error immediately. Also, I could not wear the glasses out of the box; I needed to have the arms shortened and adjusted to accomodate my different ear heights. A simple trip to the optometrist fixed that.

They will begin offering bi-focal and progressive lenses next spring. If you are without benefits or are self-employed this is a great site for eyewear.

I believe the sale is for the entire month of november. Although I did notice they are now charging for shipping. When I checked earlier, shipping was free.

The overnight shipping (Fedex) is the same price as the 2-5 days (Canada Post) : 9.95$

How do you chose the glasses to see if they fit and suit you? I usually buy mine from a store in Scarboro for $49 - for single vision

They must be overwhelmed with orders.

I ordered a pair for myself last night and a pair for my wife this morning, shipping was free. Paid both with mastercard and received confirmation emails for order processed and proof of purchase paid.
I wanted to buy a second pair for my wife later in the afternoon and noticed many designer brands no longer available and now they charge shipping $9.95.

The two pair I ordered are no longer on the site so I'm hoping everything goes through.

My brother uses a computerized machine you look into to that prints out your sphere, cylinder, axis for each eye and the pd.
You could always use your old Rx and measure your own pd.
He says you should also measure your current glasses or look in the inner part of the arm so that these numbers xx:xx:xx closely matches the pair you're ordering for proper frame sizing.
(lens diameter:bridge width:temple length)

My brother does not recommend ordering online glasses due to Rx accuracy, frame fit, and style based only on web pictures as reference but at these designer prices, lower than his cost, he helped me give them a try.
